01 Initial Information

Please provide brief details of your event, the date and estimated duration.
02 Contact

We will contact you to discuss your enquiry and may ask for additional information.

It is important that we know your expectations and we pride ourselves on providing a personal service that is tailored to your requirements.
03 Quotation
​
Once the planning has been completed, we will provide a quotation that will be valid for 30-days from the date of issue.
04 Booking Process
​
If you accept our quotation we will request written notification and require a £50 deposit.

The balance of your payment will be due 14-days prior to your event.
05 Contract
​
We will provide you with a written contract and if applicable, a photographic schedule. Upon request, we can also provide evidence of our professional & public liability insurance if applicable.

The Client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to our Company but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the event will result in the payment in full becoming due. All cancellations must be in writing.
